1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Egypt.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or peak seasons).


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when reaching a minimum order value (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if provided).
  • You can track your order directly through the courier service.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If the order is not received, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option.
  • Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

9. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an address change is needed, contact us immediately after placing your order.

10. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged:
    • Please refuse delivery if possible, or
    • Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution.
